Freestart plc is a UK company, incorporated in 1999. We run three divisions: Freestart, which designs and builds websites and online shops for businesses; Planning Handbook, which publishes planning and building-regulation guidance; and SiteWorks, our website platform and the products built on it.

Planning Handbook group

Planning and building-regulation guidance, organised by region and local authority. Planning Handbook has published guidance for planning applicants since 2016. Planning Assist answers a planning question with the sources behind it. Planning Consult checks the planning constraints on a site from its postcode.
